Trial and Money-back guarantee

All hearing aids provided by Homecare Hearing Ltd. come with a 30-day trial period with a money-back guarantee as standard if purchased. Please note the trial starts when hearing aids are first provided, this includes the provision of demo hearing aids.  This does not affect your statutory rights. This will not reduce your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis-described goods. For further information about your statutory rights, you can contact your local Trading Standards Service or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Hearing aid warranties

All hearing aids provided by Homecare Hearing Ltd. come with a two-year product warranty unless otherwise stated. You do have the option to extend to five years for an additional cost, please speak with your audiologist as this price is determined by the manufacturer not Homecare Hearing Ltd.

The warranty covers your hearing aid(s) against malfunction, breakdown and faulty workmanship. The warranty does not cover items such as ear moulds, receivers, remote controls or accessories. Your audiologist however, will do their best to repair for free if possible.

Repairs or re-shells required due to misuse, accidental damage or loss of hearing aid are not covered by the warranty and will be chargeable. In addition, faults due to unauthorised repairs, wax or moisture are not covered by the warranty. Your audiologist will do their best to repair for free if they can.

Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights, you can contact your local Trading Standards Service or Citizens Advice Bureau.
